Michele Quassi has over two decades of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Area Manager and Project Manager at Cedacri since November 2001. Responsibilities include leading projects related to client acquisition, mergers, and integrations, overseeing a team of four, and managing all aspects of project feasibility, strategic planning, timelines, resource allocation, and client relations.
