Nyawera Kibuka

Nyawera Kibuka is the Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Africa Group, a professional services firm specializing in Talent, Leadership, and Change Management services since August 2012. Under Nyawera's leadership, Cedar Africa Group partnered with Prosci in 2016 to enhance change management solutions. Prior experience includes roles at PwC as an Advisory Human Capital Business Partner and Manager of People and Change, where responsibilities included driving people initiatives and managing HR projects across various sectors. Nyawera also worked at KPMG Kenya as a Senior HR Advisor and began a career in HR as a Training Coordinator at Preferred Personnel. Nyawera holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Trent University, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources from the Institute of HRM, and a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology from Buckinghamshire New University, alongside ongoing studies at the University of Southampton.
