Nicholas Terzulli

Nicholas Terzulli, Esq. has extensive work experience in various legal and economic development roles. Nicholas currently serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Cedar Communities. Prior to that, they worked as Counsel at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP. From 2018 to 2020, Nicholas worked as an Economic Development and Real Estate Attorney at Farrell Fritz, P.C. Nicholas also has experience in teaching as an Adjunct Instructor at Hofstra University's Zarb School of Business. Earlier in their career, Nicholas served as the Director of Business (Economic) Development at the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency (NCIDA). Nicholas has also worked in director and managing director roles at Source Communications and CapitalHQ respectively. Nicholas started their career as a Press Officer at The Manhattan Institute for Policy Research.

Nicholas Terzulli, Esq. completed their education with a Juris Doctor degree in Law from New York Law School in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Political Science & Public Communication from American University in 2005. Nicholas completed their high school education at Chaminade High School from 1997 to 2001.
