Jen Fullhart

Vice President Of Assisted Living at Cedar Community

Jen Fullhart has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jen started their career in 2009 as a Staffing Coordinator at First Call Medical Staffing, where they were responsible for recruiting healthcare staff and supervising a team of approximately 100 employees. During their time there, they also handled employee relations cases and conducted new employee orientations.

In 2013, Jen joined Cedar Community and took on various roles within the organization. Jen started as a Nurse Scheduler, where they were responsible for scheduling the nursing department across multiple sites. Jen then transitioned into the role of Human Resources Project Manager, where they handled employee relations cases, updated policies and procedures, and assisted in the analysis and implementation of HR projects. Jen later became the Human Resources Administrator and then the Cottages Administrator, before being promoted to Director of Assisted Living. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Assisted Living at Cedar Community.

Jen Fullhart completed their education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. From 2004 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration and Business Administration. Jen later obtained a Masters degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the same university between 2015 and 2018. Jen Fullhart also holds a certification as a CBRF Manager from LeadingAge Wisconsin.
