Dr. Janine M. Mathesz

Dr. Janine M. Mathesz is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Dr. Mathesz serves as CEO of both Self-employed ventures and Keystone Freedom Academy since July 2018, while also holding the position of Chief Operations Officer at The Pathway School since October 2016. Additionally, Dr. Mathesz is an Adjunct Professor at Cedar Crest College, contributing to academic development since August 2014. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at Pathway School, Founding School Leader at Building 21 Allentown, and Principal at Twin Valley High School. Dr. Mathesz holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Seton Hall University and has earned degrees in Mathematics and Educational Leadership.
