Jodi Heelan

Jodi Heelan is an experienced professional in entrepreneurship marketing and business development, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Wake Forest University since August 2025. Previously, Jodi held various leadership roles at The Variable from July 2013 to August 2025, including President and Partner, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Business Development and Operations, and Associate Director of Business Development. Jodi successfully led the company through significant growth phases, securing multi-million-dollar partnerships with prominent clients such as P&G and Nestlé. As the Founder of Fairly, a SaaS platform developed between April 2020 and September 2021, Jodi aimed to revolutionize pricing strategies in the agency sector. Jodi's foundational experience includes roles at Factory Design Labs and Mullen, as well as operations and event management at Wake Forest University Athletics. Jodi holds degrees in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University and additional studies from Wake Forest University and the University of Otago.
