Sharla Kurtz

Sharla Kurtz is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as an Emergency Department RN at Lehigh Valley Hospital since February 2015. Additionally, Sharla actively contributes to Cedar Crest College as a Dean's Council Member, representing the nursing department and adult students. Sharla's extensive background includes roles as an Emergency Medical Technician at New York Presbyterian Hospital since 2008 and as an EMT and PHRN with various EMS services, including Medic 9 and Suburban EMS. Prior experience also includes serving as an EMT supervisor for National Event Services, overseeing medical care for professional sports teams and events from 2003 to 2008. Sharla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Cedar Crest College, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
