Syntheia Nagel, MBA, CCCO has a diverse range of work experience. Syntheia began their career as a Graduate Assistant at Augusta State University in 2011, where they assisted Dr. Catherine Slade with research on student criminal background checks. During their time at Morris Communications from 2003 to 2015, Syntheia served as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing bi-weekly payroll processing for over 500 employees. Currently, Syntheia holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Cedar Financial, a role they have held since 2015.

Syntheia Nagel, MBA, CCCO, completed their education in a systematic manner. Syntheia first pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. This program began in 2009 and ended in 2010. Subsequently, they enrolled in Augusta State University from 2011 to 2012 and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business.

To further enhance their professional qualifications, Syntheia Nagel obtained the Credit and Collections Compliance Officer (CCCO) certification from ACA International in July 2018.
