Paul Dominianni

Paul Dominianni serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Cedar Gate, and also leads the company’s compliance efforts.

Paul has extensive experience in representing both providers and payors on a wide range of contractual, regulatory and risk management matters in all segments of the health care market. Paul’s experience includes senior legal positions with two Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans and several national managed care organizations. He brings an informed and customer-focused orientation to his work.

Paul holds a BA from Syracuse University and a JD from the Boston University School of Law.
