Stephan Banchero III has extensive work experience in the waste management and recycling industry. Stephan began their career in 1999 as a Shop Sweeper at Seattle Disposal. In 2000, they joined Cedar Grove Composting as a Cat Operator, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, Stephan became the General Manager of Cedar Grove Recycling / Composting. Stephan held this position until 2005 when they transitioned to Cedar Grove Organic Recycling as a Sales representative. Stephan worked in sales until 2009. In 2014, Stephan returned to Cedar Grove, this time as the Vice President of the company. In 2018, they were promoted to President, a role they currently hold.
Stephan Banchero III obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
