Michael Kelly has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Michael is currently the Director of Hotel Operations at Cedar Lakes Estate since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Jon Beer Contracting from August 2022 to October 2023. From January 2015 to November 2022, they were the Owner and Executive Chef of AMK Restaurant Group. Michael also owned Newburgh Flour Shop from January 2018 to October 2022. Before that, they served as the Executive Sous Chef at Batard, part of Myriad Restaurant Group, from January 2014 to December 2015. Michael gained experience as a Senior Manager at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group from May 2013 to May 2014. Michael started their career as a Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay at The London, part of The London NYC, from March 2010 to May 2013.
Michael Kelly attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2008 to 2010, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
