Brenden Nowak has a diverse work experience in the amusement park and entertainment industry. Brenden started their career at Cedar Point Amusement Park in 2010 as a Team Leader in Glow Merchandise, where they managed inventory levels, accounted for sales, and led a team of customer service-focused employees. In 2012, Brenden joined Walt Disney World as a College Program Intern, serving as a Sales Assistant and demonstrating strong guest service skills. Brenden then progressed to become a Retail Guest Service Manager, responsible for driving business results and leading teams. In 2016, Brenden became a Theatre Operation Cast Member, where they trained new cast members, communicated with peers, and delivered excellent guest service. Currently, they work as a Retail Area Manager at Cedar Point Amusement Park, overseeing retail operations. Overall, Brenden has extensive experience in retail and guest service, as well as leadership and training roles.
Brenden Nowak completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2009 to 2016.
