Isabel MacCoppi

Isabel Maccoppi has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Store Operations Manager for Prada Group since August 2011, overseeing operations for all Prada and Miu Miu retail stores in Brazil and online channels. This role includes managing store procedures, compliance, inventory, and e-commerce operations. Previously, Isabel held positions as Assistant Store Manager and Sales Assistant at Prada Group, focusing on team training and customer experience. Prior experience includes managing a store and serving as a sales assistant at Intimissimi, as well as an internship in the legal department at Copel. Isabel holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Curitiba.
