Nathan Hotchkiss

Nathan Hotchkiss currently serves as the Director of Change & Transformation at Cedar, a specialist recruitment consultancy, since March 2024, where a focus is on delivering bespoke solutions in multiple sectors, including Finance and Tax. Prior to this role, Nathan held positions as Managing Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Ruby Group Ltd from November 2016 to February 2024, specializing in placing finance professionals in various roles. Nathan also served as Director at The Translation and Recruitment Institute from April 2010 to November 2016, working with both startups and established companies in recruitment and translation. Earlier experience includes a Sales and Accounts Manager position at Everyone Active - SLM from February 2007 to March 2010, focusing on KPIs and sales targets.
