Melissa Baxter has held various roles in the field of gymnastics, ranging from Compulsory Team Program Director to Assistant Head Coach. Their experience includes promoting goal setting, providing positive feedback, and supporting athletes in overcoming mental blocks. Melissa has also worked as a Receiving Clerk at Hobby Lobby and currently serves as a Mental Health Technician at Cedar Ridge Behavioral Health.
