Heather Ashcraft, MS RDN CDN, serves as a Clinical Dietitian at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities since November 2021 and June 2021, respectively. With extensive experience in various clinical settings, Heather has also worked as a Clinical Dietitian at HCSG Clinical Services, LLC, Baystate Health, and Hartford HealthCare. Additionally, Heather holds the position of Food Service Director at Camp Waubanong Inc since May 2016. Heather's educational background includes a Master of Science in Dietetics from Colorado State University, alongside degrees in dietetics at Life University and pre-med at UMass Boston. Heather also possesses a BFA in Fine Art from Tufts University and a high school diploma from Westford Academy.

Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities, a specialized medical facility and school in Keene, New Hampshire, provides round-the-clock skilled nursing care, special education at Cedarcrest School, and speech, occupational and physical therapies onsite for up to 26 children, infants through teens.
