Almir Sajtovic

Almir Sajtovic has extensive experience in senior living operations and leadership roles. Almir has been with Cedarhurst Senior Living since 2011, starting as an Executive Director and later advancing to roles of increasing responsibility. Almir served as Area Director of Operations from August 2016 to November 2017, and then as Vice President of Operations until August 2020. As Chief Operating Officer, from August 2020 to November 2022, Almir was responsible for operational oversight, budget management, team collaboration, and promoting a culture of excellence. Currently, Almir holds the position of President at Cedarhurst Senior Living, where they drive the strategic vision, prioritizes operational excellence, fosters a thriving team culture, and actively seeks innovative growth opportunities for the organization.

Almir Sajtovic studied Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Additionally, they obtained the Advanced Person Centered Care Certificate Program from the Alzheimer's Association.
