Betsy Carroll

Betsy Carroll is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and workplace investigations. In roles at Cedars-Sinai from January 2021 to October 2023, Betsy served as Director of HR Legal and Litigation and Director of Workplace Investigations. Prior to this, a decade was spent at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as a Partner and Counsel in the Employment Services Group, alongside early career positions as Module Leader at the National University of Ireland Maynooth and Associate at Bingham McCutchen. Betsy earned a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stanford University.
