Cynthia Litt-Deculus has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Cynthia started their career at Cedars-Sinai in 1990, where they held the position of Director until 1998. Cynthia then joined UCSF Health as an Administrator from 1998 to 1999. In 2000, they returned to Cedars-Sinai as the Executive Director until 2012, when they were promoted to Vice President and Chief Population Health Officer, a position they currently hold.

Cynthia Litt-Deculus has a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
