Emily Carter

Emily Carter is a seasoned professional in fundraising and development, currently serving as a Major Gift Officer at Cedars-Sinai since February 2022. Prior experience includes a variety of roles at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from June 2017 to February 2022, including Development Officer, Leadership Giving Officer, and Development Coordinator. Emily also held the position of Director of Programming at Wendy Walk from January 2012 to May 2017, where efforts resulted in significant fundraising for sarcoma cancer research. Earlier internships at RF|Binder, The Workshop Collective, and Lincoln Financial Group provided foundational experience in the field. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Management, with minors in Spanish and Business Administration, from the University of Miami, and completed secondary education at The Shipley School.
