Travis Shumake

Travis Shumake currently serves as a Major Gift Officer at The Ali Forney Center since February 2024. Prior to this role, Shumake has had a diverse career in both development and motorsport, contributing as a driver for NHRA: Championship Drag Racing since March 2021, leveraging a rich family legacy in racing. Shumake's development experience includes directing initiatives at the Sigma Chi Foundation, the Clinton Foundation as a Senior Development Officer, and leading fundraising efforts at one•n•ten. Additionally, Shumake held management positions at Alliance Residential Company, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, and Arizona Biltmore, showcasing expertise in operations, event management, and customer service. Shumake graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hospitality Management in 2007.
