Thad Franz

Thad Franz serves as the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Cedarville University since July 2012, and also holds the position of Vice Chair of Experiential Programs and Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice. Prior to this, Thad Franz worked as a Community Pharmacist and Past Director at Cedar Care Village Pharmacy from March 2020 to April 2023, delivering dispensing and clinical services to the Cedarville community. Thad's earlier experience includes roles as a Community Pharmacist at Nationwide Children's Hospital from June 2001 to June 2012 and as a Pharmacist at Kroger from 2001 to 2005. Thad Franz earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy between 2000 and 2005 and attended Alice Lloyd College from 1997 to 1999.
