Salvatore Monroe has a diverse background in the hospitality and development industries, currently serving as a Development Associate at Cedarwood Development since January 2014, after holding the position of Development Assistant. Prior experience includes roles as a server at Cellar 59 Wine Bar and as a server, team leader, and trainer at 750 ML Wine Bar and Boutique. Starting in the food service sector, Salvatore worked as a line cook at Max and Erma's Restaurants from February 2008 to June 2011. Salvatore holds a degree in Finance and Business from The University of Akron, completed in 2014.
