Matt Gang

Matt Gang is an experienced instructional designer currently working at CEDIA since January 2020, focusing on the development of business and technical courses while converting traditional curriculum into online formats using Articulate 360 and Storyline. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Training & Development Specialist at Celadon Group Inc. and as a Sr. Operations Trainer at UnitedHealth Group, where Matt assessed training needs and developed curricula for various departments. Earlier career positions include Project Director and Employment & Training Advisor at WorkOne Indianapolis, where Matt managed teams and provided career transition services. Matt began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Forge Industrial Staffing, gaining valuable HR training. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Indianapolis and a Master's degree in Business Management/Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
