Mark Tozer

Mark Tozer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mark has worked as the Director of Finance & Legal at Shippers First Logistics Corporation since March 2022. Before that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel at Cedric Millar Integrated Solutions starting from March 2019. From November 2016, they served as the Director of Finance & Administration at MAV Canadian Transport. In January 2016, they were the President of Spokes Alliance Inc. Mark was also the Director of Finance & Administration and co-founder of iQ Logistics Inc, a Canada/US cross-border freight consolidation, warehousing, and logistics business, which was sold in February 2022. Prior to that, Mark worked as a Lawyer at Brauti Thorning Zibarras LLP from June 2013 to December 2015. Mark also served as the Director of Finance and Legal at Synaps International from April 2012 to June 2013. Mark's career began as an Associate at Goodmans LLP from September 2010 to March 2012.

Mark Tozer completed their education at several prestigious institutions. Mark received their LL.B. (with Distinction) from Western University, Faculty of Law, from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned their B. Comm (Honours) from Queen's University, School of Business, between 2000 and 2004. Mark began their higher education journey at Upper Canada College, where they completed their International Baccalaureate from 1996 to 2000.
