Bernard J. Park

Dr. Park is a thoracic surgeon at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), specializing in the surgical treatment of lung cancer, esophageal cancer, and chest wall and mediastinal tumors. He is a pioneer in robotic thoracic surgery, having been one of the first to develop the robotic lobectomy technique. He is working to establish training and credentialing standards in robotic thoracic surgery. Dr. Park received his MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, completed his residency at New York-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center, and a cardiothoracic fellowship at NYP/Cornell and MSK.
