Elena Albarrán Garcia

Elena Albarrán Garcia is an experienced professional in the field of education and human resources. Currently serving as Jefe de Estudios for the Oposiciones de Educación at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros since May 2000, Elena previously held the position of Jefe de Estudios in the Courses and Masters area at the CEF in Valencia and was responsible for advising companies on personnel selection. Additionally, Elena has experience in social psychology and organizational practices from a practicum at UMANO ETT, focusing on candidate recruitment and psychometric evaluations. Elena holds a Master's degree in Dirección y Gestión de Recursos Humanos from Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, and a Master's in the same field from CEF, along with a Licenciatura in Psychology from the University of Valencia.
