Luca Spoglianti is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Senior Business Controller for the Medical Equipment business unit at Cefla, overseeing a portfolio of eight companies with revenues exceeding €300 million. With previous experience as Group Controller for Industrial Markets Solutions at Coesia S.p.A., where responsibilities included financial reporting, performance monitoring, and budgeting for a division generating over €800 million in revenue, Luca has a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning. Luca began the career as a Junior Accountant and has also held roles in marketing analysis and consultancy, supplemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Management & Marketing from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
