Currently serving as Vice President at CEG Solutions LLC since March 2023, Chadd focuses on leading strategic partnerships and market expansion. Previously, as Global Director of Energy and Sustainability at Honeywell from September 2020 to March 2023, Chadd oversaw a global sales organization generating over $300 million in annual revenue. Additional roles include Midwest Business Development Director at NORESCO, where market expansion initiatives were driven, and Director of Performance Solutions at BCS Performance Solutions, where Chadd established a new division. With a solid foundation in energy solutions from Siemens and Johnson Controls, as well as early experience as a Program Manager in the U.S. Air Force, Chadd holds an MBA from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science from New Mexico State University.
