Natalie Roberts Ciwfm

Natalie Roberts CIWFM has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Natalie currently holds the position of Head of Customer Experience at CEG, where they are responsible for ensuring excellent facilities services and experiences across the company's sites in the UK. Prior to this, Natalie worked as an independent Facilities Management Consultant for almost a decade, providing consultancy services to various organizations. Natalie also served as a Facilities Management Consultant at Zenith Vehicle Contracts Limited, where they managed the corporate relocation to the new global headquarters. Earlier in their career, Natalie held the position of Head of FM at City of York Council and Head of Building Services at Addleshaw Goddard LLP. Natalie has also worked as a Business Development Manager at Trigon and as VP Marketing Facilities Services at Trammell Crow Company.

Natalie Roberts CIWFM completed a BSc degree at Loughborough University from 1992 to 1995. Natalie then pursued an MA without a specified field of study at the Universities of Bilbao, Tilberg, Brussels, and Loughborough from 1995 to 1996.
