Adam Goodhall

Adam Goodhall is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and support. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology System Engineer at Cegal since October 2019, Adam has previously held positions including Information Technology Support Engineer at Concord and Solutions Engineer at Right-Click. Adam's career began at Civica Digital as a Systems Engineer and included a notable stint at Web Technology Group where both second and first line support for public sector IT was provided. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Networking & System Support from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Higher National Certificate in Computer Science from North East Scotland College, as well as a CCENT certification in Cisco network devices. Notably, Adam possesses SC and NPPV3 level clearance for public sector IT, with a strong focus on ticket management and troubleshooting for virtual machine environments.
