Dipanshu Sharma

Dipanshu Sharma currently serves as the Director of Group Finance at Cegal, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Dipanshu was the Group Controller & Treasury and Group Controller at Boreal Norge AS from October 2023 to November 2025. From August 2016 to September 2023, Dipanshu worked at EY as a Manager, licensed auditor, and civil economist, overseeing mandated auditing assignments for a range of public companies while focusing on planning, risk assessment, and developing auditing procedures.
