Phil Garbutt

Phil Garbutt began their work experience in 1997 as a Senior Developer at Somerfield. Phil then worked as a Senior Consultant at Unity IS Consulting from 2000 to 2009. Following this, Phil joined Cegedim Insurance Solutions, where they held multiple roles, including Development Programme Manager from 2009 to 2018 and Chief Technology Officer since 2018. In their role as CTO, they led Agile teams across Europe and Egypt to deliver innovative digital products to health insurers worldwide.

Phil Garbutt attended Brunel University London from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with first-class honors in Economics and Business Finance.
