Bogdan Fuiorea

Bogdan Fuiorea is an experienced L2 System Engineer at Cegeka since June 2021, previously serving as Out of Hours Team Lead and Service Desk Analyst at SCC SERVICES ROMANIA from January 2016 to June 2021. In the role of Team Lead, Bogdan supervised and coordinated incident management efforts during out-of-hours, engaging in customer meetings to address issues and service improvements. As a Service Desk Analyst, substantial technical knowledge was gained through end-user troubleshooting and involvement with various systems including Active Directory, MS Office 365, and Citrix.
