Laurens Vermunt

Laurens Vermunt is a Cyber Security Engineer at Cegeka, with experience in the Security Operations Center since September 2020. Previously, Laurens completed a trainee position in the same center in early 2020, contributing to projects such as pentesting report writing automation and endpoint detection response. Prior to Cegeka, Laurens worked as a trainee Network Engineer at CMC bv, gaining skills in Windows Server, firewalling, and cloud infrastructure. Laurens began a career in the technology field as a Retail Sales Assistant at Telenet Center Mol. Academic qualifications include a Professional Bachelor in Electronics-ICT Cloud & Cyber Security and an HBO5 in Network Management, both earned at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences.
