Caroline Fabre

Caroline Fabre is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as Group Talent Manager at Cegid since January 2020, Caroline focuses on enhancing individual and collective performance by identifying, developing, and supporting key personnel aligned with organizational strategy. Prior to this role, Caroline spent nearly a decade at ALLIANCE & Territoires, where responsibilities included project management, development of inter-company HR solutions, and community management. Earlier experiences include HR Analytics at Merial and recruitment at Alstom Transport, with a foundation in human resources education from Université Jean Moulin, including a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
