Andrzej Blaszczak is currently serving as the Group Talent Acquisition Manager for Central Europe at OPmobility since July 2023. Prior to this role, Andrzej was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Green Cell from November 2021 to June 2023. Andrzej has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having worked at Herbalife Nutrition from April 2016 to November 2021 in various roles, including Supervisor of Talent Acquisition for EMEA and Specialist of Talent Acquisition for EMEA. In these positions, Andrzej coordinated recruitment efforts, supervised teams, partnered with leadership, supported recruitment projects, and led employer branding initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at UBS from March 2014 to March 2016, and as a Support Administrator/Sourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions from October 2012 to February 2014. Andrzej holds a Master of Arts degree in English Philology with a specialization in translation from Silesian University in Poland.
