Liliana Marques

Liliana Marques has extensive experience in various roles within the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Director of Recovery & Retention at Cegid since November 2017, where previous roles included Product Marketing Manager and Analytics and Processes Lead. Prior experience includes a Data Analytics position at Ageas Portugal and a Market Research Analyst role at Cegid. Liliana's career began at AXA as a trainee, followed by key positions at Optimus - Comunicações S.A. and NOS SGPS as Project Manager and Product Manager. Educational qualifications comprise a Licentiate degree in Applied Mathematics from Universidade do Porto and a PG in Data Science Applied to Marketing from IPAM.
