Vanessa Aguilera has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Employee Experience Manager for Customer Care and previously holding roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and Responsable RH at Cegid since September 2014. Vanessa is skilled in managing a team of 10, overseeing transversal HR projects, optimizing HR processes, and change management. Prior to Cegid, Vanessa worked at APRIL from 2010 to August 2014 as a Chargée de Missions RH / Gestionnaire Paie, where responsibilities included implementing a Shared Services Center, managing payroll for multiple companies, and conducting training and communication projects. Vanessa holds a coaching degree from Coaching Ways (2018-2019) and has a background in education from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
