Gaelle Poulain has extensive experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with roles at Sony, Microsoft, and Cegos. At Cegos, they served as the Head of E-commerce & Web, focusing on the development and implementation of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of e-commerce at Microsoft and served in various roles at Sony, from Controller to Direct Channel Manager.

Gaelle Poulain completed a Master Grande Ecole in Finance, General at NEOMA Business School from 1993 to 1996.
