Pascal Debordes

Pascal Debordes has a solid background in professional learning and business management. Pascal started their career as a Broker at Credit Lyonnais in 1988 before moving to Cegos in 1991, where they worked as a Consultant and later as a Manager in Sales and Marketing. Pascal then joined Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as an Associate Partner, focusing on e-Learning solutions for global companies. Pascal later transitioned to EY as the Intellinex Country Manager before returning to Cegos as the Director of Business Unit, leading different teams and delivering training solutions. In 2011, they took on the role of Director of Channels and Alliances - Global at Cegos group, overseeing large-scale operations with millions of learners globally.

Pascal Debordes completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Master 2 in Political Science and Government from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in 1986-1987, and a Master 1 in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the same university in 1985-1986. In 1997, they attended the London Business School for an Advanced Management Program in Business Administration and Management.
