Derek Hileman

Derek Hileman has been working as a project manager at CEI Engineering Associates for the past few years. Prior to that, they worked at 4 C Design & Build and Washington Regional Medical Center. Derek started their career as an assistant LIS manager at Washington Regional Medical Center in 2001 and worked there for seven years before moving to 4 C Design & Build. After a few years at 4 C Design & Build, Derek moved to CEI Engineering Associates where they have been working as a project manager ever since.

Derek Hileman has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University. Derek also holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees, one in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from NorthWest Arkansas Community College, and the other in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD from the same school. Derek is also certified by the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board as a General Contractor.
