Rick has been designing and engineering the spaces and places where people live, work, and play in Northwest Arkansas since 1996. Currently Vice President of Finance and Principal in charge of their Local Development team at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc., he has worked in or managed virtually every area of the commercial and residential land development cycle. He has overseen departmental and division operations for two companies, served as a public official at both city and county levels, and launched a real estate development partnership. An expert on municipal policy and review and a licensed landscape architect in many states, he has a firsthand understanding of land development, landscape architecture and civil engineering from the developer’s perspective which has made him a skilled and insightful consultant.
