Dale Gilardi is the current Chief Financial Officer at Computer Enterprises. Dale has previous experience as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Directworks and TriStar Investors, Inc.

At Directworks, Dale Gilardi was responsible for leading all Accounting, Finance, Human Resource and Legal matters. Dale also worked with Investment Banker, Venture Capital Investor, and private investors on the marketing and sale of Directworks to a strategic buyer- Ivalua (2017).

At TriStar Investors, Inc., Dale Gilardi was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, leading all aspects of Business Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Human Resources. Dale was part of the team that orchestrated the sale of TriStar to a publicly traded strategic buyer. Scaling the business from 5 employees to 40 employees in 3 years.

Dale Gilardi has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University and is certified as a public accountant.
