Jeff Haley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in polymer development and pharmaceutical applications. Currently serving as the EVA and LADD Global Technology Manager at Celanese, Jeff leads an R&D group dedicated to ethylene vinyl acetate polymers, focusing on new product and application development, product quality, and long-acting drug delivery systems. Prior roles at Celanese include establishing a lab for drug delivery systems, providing technical support for medical applications, and leading product development efforts in flexible packaging and wire and cable sectors. Earlier experience includes product development at LyondellBasell, where Jeff contributed to the commercialization of new polyethylene products, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Toronto, focusing on polymer diffusion methods. Jeff holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
