Kim Berdinsky

Kim Berdinsky, SPHR, GPHR, serves as the Head of Global Benefits at Celanese since February 2022. Previously, Kim held the position of Executive Director, Global Benefits at TTEC, overseeing comprehensive health, welfare, and retirement programs for 50,000 employees globally. Kim's extensive experience includes strategic leadership roles at Sally Beauty Holdings and Alliance Data, directing benefits teams and managing significant budgets while enhancing employee programs. Kim's career began in human resources at IP Communications and Menninger Care Systems, with a strong academic foundation in Human Resources Management (MBA) from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's in Finance from Texas State University.
