Marleen Opsteyn

Marleen Opsteyn has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global HR Director for EM Commercial at Celanese since February 1993, overseeing global procurement and various HR functions. Previous roles at Celanese include Global Human Resources Director, Director of Human Resources for Global AT BU, and several managerial positions focused on talent development and organizational effectiveness. Prior to Celanese, Marleen Opsteyn worked in HR at Ford Motor Company from 1991 to 1992. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in HR from HOGENT, a Certified Coach designation from the Centerforselfmanagement, and certifications from Korn Ferry Dallas in various assessment models.
