Norman N. Brown II

Norman N. Brown II is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability management and engineering roles across various industries, including Oil & Gas and Chemical sectors. Currently serving as VAM Reliability Manager at Celanese since November 2019, Norman has previously held leadership positions at PinnacleART, Marathon Oil Corporation, BP, and ExxonMobil, focusing on enhancing equipment reliability and safety. Additionally, Norman has directed and spoken at Rise Up Mentoring since November 2014, promoting student success and career preparation. Norman holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
