Olivier Rozant

Olivier Rozant is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in product technology, innovation processes, and materials science. Currently serving as Principal Engineer Product Technology at Celanese, Olivier supports the Santoprene® TPV business. Prior roles include Methods & Innovative Processes Project Manager at Jean Gallay SA, where contributions were made to the aerospace engine and energy critical components industry. As Managing Director & Partner at InnovS, Olivier focused on consulting in response to shifts in the world of work, while also holding the position of Chief Technology Officer at EconCore, where strategic developments in honeycomb core technology were led. Olivier's tenure at DuPont spanned nearly two decades, culminating in positions such as Principal Investigator for EMEA Aerospace & Composites and Global Application Development Leader for Defense. Early career experiences include an R&D Engineer role at Michelin, contributing to groundbreaking developments in composite materials, and a PhD in Materials Science from EPFL.
