Prashant Mandare is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the chemical and materials industries. Currently serving as Business Director for Americas Emulsions Polymers at Celanese, Prashant oversees a business generating approximately $300 million in revenue. Prior roles at Celanese included Senior Manager of Global Business Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed complex business analysis and M&A opportunities within a $1 billion sales division. Previous experience includes positions at Hilti Group, where leadership spanned consumables development and management of high-revenue business units, as well as a tenure at Deloitte as Engagement Manager and at The Dow Chemical Company as Senior Developmental Engineer. Prashant holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a BS/MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
